Flavor: Exceptionally clean and snappy on the palate. Notes of grapefruit peel and zesty lime roll into a firm, resinous bitterness. The malt base is light, dry, and supportive, letting the hop character shine without unwanted sweetness.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with lively, prickly carbonation and a refreshingly dry, crisp finish that begs for another sip.
