This West Coast IPA is a dedicated study of the Citra hop, balanced precisely against a modern, featherlight malt backbone.
The beer pours a remarkably clear, bright straw-gold, capped by a fluffy, crown-white head that leaves intricate lacing down the glass. It immediately signals its intent: lean, vibrant, and meticulously crafted for maximum hop expression.
Tasting Notes
- Aroma: An absolute citrus grove in a glass. The nose is dominated by bright, sweet tangerine peel, Ruby Red grapefruit zest, and a distinct touch of white peach. Underneath the fruit forwardness lies a delicate layer of floral orange blossom and a whisper of clean, resinous pine.
- Flavor Profile: Up front, the palate mimics the aroma with an intense wave of sweet citrus pulp and lime juice.
